CROSS COUNTRY WORKOUT PACE CHART
It's expected that you're completing log sheets every day!
X-training for some CT runs can be a good idea or for any day that you're injured.
You could also consider a combo of partial CT jog with X-training.
Use this conversion chart for miles on the logsheet for X-training:
Biking (constant) 3 miles = 1 mile running
Elliptical (constant) 2 miles =1 mile running
Swimming (constant) 15 minutes = 1 mile running
